Fun Sessions

We run five weekly fun sessions throughout the week::

Mondays & Fridays 5.15-6.15

Tuesdays 5-6 and 5.45-6.45

Saturdays 1.15-.215

These fun sessions are for boys and girls from school age up to 16, whatever their ability:

Sessions cost £4.00 each.  After an initial two-session trial gymnasts need to affiliate to the BGA (British Gymnastics Association): £17.75 for the year. 

Please note that non-Tides/Vista Leisure members need to pay an addition admission fee.  If attending regularly it would be of benefit to take out membership to Tides.

Leaguers

Every term (sometimes more frequently) assessments are carried out for gymnasts to join the leaguers' squad who train twice a week and take part in regular club pre-competition competitions at acro.

Squad Training

Entry to the squad is by invitation only: most of those who have joined the squad in the past few years have progressed up through the leaguers (since it's formation).

The squad gymnasts compete at acrobatic gymnastics and tumbling up to National level and have had many successes over the years.  Training is three times a week for squad members.

Display Squad

Some members of the competition squad (plus a retired gymnast or two!) also form a display squad incorporating high level acrobatics
